All goods listed on our website are in stock and will generally be shipped from Victoria Australia within 2 business days following receipt of payment.
How your items will be delivered
Shipping cost varies depending on your location and have been calculated based on rates provided to us by Australia Post and private couriers.
Freight charges are only calculated for items sent Australia-wide. International customers should email us for a shipping quote which will usually be provided within 24 hours.
Generally, items weighing less than 20 kgs and less than 1 meter in length will be sent via Australia Post. Full spit sets and 1 piece skewers will be sent via private courier due to Australia post weight/dimension restrictions.
Estimated delivery time
All goods listed on our website are in stock and will generally be shipped from Victoria Australia within 2 business days following receipt of payment.
Once goods are dispatched, SQC International does not have any control over when the goods will be delivered. We would recommend you allow at least 1 week for delivery before contacting us to track your parcel. While we ask for your patience and allow 1 week before contacting us to track your parcel, transit times for items sent via Australia Post are generally less than 1 week as follows:
- Melbourne metro: 2 business days
- Sydney, Adelaide, Tasmania metro: 3 business days
- Brisbane metro: 4 business days
- Perth metro: 6 business days
- Items shipped via a private courier generally take 1 week
Urgent items may be sent via express post which is generally a 1-2 day delivery turnaround. Should you require your goods urgently, please contact us so we can ship your item without delay. Please note: additional freight charges apply for items sent express post.
Delivery to overseas address are sent via airmail and generally take 10 business days.
Parcel lost or delayed:
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected shipping time, one of the following have most likely happened:
- It could be sitting in your local post office (when it was delivered there may have been no-one there). They would normally leave a note telling you to collect it. Please check at your local post office.
- If the address is incorrect, or the name of the addressee is not known at the address, it would be returned to us.
In most instances, we are able to track the delivery of your goods either via the registered Australia Post receipt number or via the consignment note for our private courier. If you have not received your parcel within 7 business days, please contact us and we will track the delivery of the item.
NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or stolen within the postal system. We will however do our best to track down your parcel and submit investigation forms with the post office in the unlikely event of your parcel not being delivered.
Returns & Refund policy
Our motors are covered by a 12 month repair/replacement warranty and are inspected and tested prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that you find the product to be faulty, please inform us immediately, describing the problem and include photo’s where necessary.
If after contacting us we agree the fault is due to poor manufacturing, you may be asked to return the goods to us for repair. If the goods are irreparable, the item will be replaced.
Note: Returning the goods is your responsibility and is done at your cost. Return of the repaired motor or a replacement motor will be sent to you free of charge.
