The only way to cook a souvla
This foukou is a Cypriot design tweaked for the Australian user. We have looked at a number of designs and spent hours searching, testing and modifying the original Cyprus grill until it passed our expectations for the Australian environment. It now comes with a single lever easy height adjustment for the 3 longer skewers, carrying handle so you can easily move the spit while still hot and an adjustable height grill that covers the whole fire box.
Our Cyrpus grill # SP010 can quickly and easily be assembled making it the ideal charcoal rotisseries to take anywhere, any time and make you the master chef at any BBQ gathering. This Foukou style rotisserie disassembles to a compact size that can fit in most car boots (incl. hatchbacks).
The motor supplied with this Cyprus grill is a twin “D” cell battery powered motor that is by far the best light weight battery powered motor we have come across.
