The only way to cook a souvla
This rotisserie is a Cypriot design tweaked for the Australian user. We have looked at a number of designs and spent hours searching, testing and modifying the original Cyprus grill until it passed our expectations for the Australian environment. It now comes with a single lever easy height adjustment for the 3 longer skewers, carrying handle so you can easily move the spit while still hot and an adjustable height grill that covers the whole fire box.
Our Cyrpus grill # SP010-3 can quickly and easily be assembled making it the ideal charcoal rotisseries to take anywhere, any time and make you the master chef at any BBQ gathering. This Cypriot style rotisserie disassembles to a compact size that can fit in most car boots (incl. hatchbacks).
It is possible to cooking using the 11 small skewers with the 3v battery operated motor and the 3 larger skewers using the 12/210v motor at the same time! Going camping? The 12/240v motor is perfect for running off a car battery.
